Every engagement is bespoke, so it starts with how your business works today. Your answers become a written brief, the brief becomes a priced scope with acceptance criteria, and the work is built, secured, deployed and supported against that scope. You can see every stage in your workspace.

Discovery
Structured questions about how the work runs today, where it breaks and what a good result looks like. Your answers become a written brief that you check and correct before anything is priced.

Scope and proposal
Each requirement is written with acceptance criteria and marked in or out of scope, including the security controls it needs. The price is calculated from our standard rates. You accept it, decline it or ask for changes.

Build and review
Work is tracked against each requirement in source control. Your workspace shows what has been built, what is deployed to test and what is ready for review, and you sign off each part yourself. Scope changes are priced and agreed before they are built.

Support
At handover you receive documentation, administrator access, training and a named support contact. Patches, changes and new requests run through the same workspace.
Security at every stage
- Discovery records the data involved and who needs access to it
- Each requirement carries the security controls it needs as acceptance criteria
- Code review, dependency checks and tests run on every change
- Our access to your systems is limited to what the engagement needs and removed when it ends
Four separate states for every requirement
Built, deployed, released and accepted are different facts. The workspace tracks each one separately, so a finished build is never reported as a delivered feature. For example:
