We will tell you about relevant identification, form or fee requirements; this page does not promise unrestricted access to confidential records.

You can ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction or deletion, or raise an applicable objection. Describe enough context to identify the record safely. We may verify identity or authority before releasing information.
